DESIGN SERVICES
Initial Consultation
The first step to getting started is our initial consultation. These usually take about 2 hours and during this meeting we will walk you through our process fully so you know what to expect. We will also spend a lot of time getting to know you, your family, how you’d like your home to function, what’s currently working/not working in your spaces and all your likes and dislikes (be ready for a lot of questions). We will also take detailed measurements and photos.

Space Planning & Layout Design
Already have furniture, but just can’t figure out the correct arrangement? Don’t need full service design for your renovation, but need help with layout and direction? We can help with 2D concept drawings for layout and inspiration to help pull your space together.
Space Planning packages are billed at $135 per hour with a 6 hour minimum per room.
Full Service Furniture Sourcing & Selection
From sofas and tables to rugs and window treatments and all the final styling accessories like pillows, coffee table books and shelf styling; we collaborate with you to create your dream space that is beautifully curated and comfortable while still being practical for how you live your best life. Full service means we are there to guide you through the entire process from initial consultation to vision boards and concept drawings to managing the final install of all selected products and accessories.
Full service design fees are billed at $135 per hour with a minimum of 30 hours per room. Hours will vary based on size and scope of each room.
Full Service Renovation / Build
The many selections and decisions when building or renovating can quickly become overwhelming! Having the assistance of a designer to lay out a plan for you, help you shop for and narrow down selections, create drawings and mood boards so you can envision your selections together and work with your contractor and trades people is an invaluable service that in the long run will save money by preventing mistakes and selections that you are unhappy with.
We will walk you through the entire process starting with the creation of a design direction, layout drawings and reviewing contractor estimates to the sourcing and selections of materials, elevation drawings and weekly job site visits once construction starts. We stay in constant communication with you and all parties involved in construction to keep the entire process organized and running smoothly; and as stress free for you as possible.
Full service renovation fees are billed at $135 per hour. Hours vary depending on size and scope, but expect to spend around 10% of your total renovation/build budget on design fees.
